Delivery and Returns Policy
Free Delivery (on Most Items)
Free delivery will be second class Royal Mail or a standard delivery with a courier service. The timescale for these delivery options can be 2-4 days, there at times can be short delays during these services and at peak seasonal times, this will be due to the delivery company and not that of UK Laser Creations. If you experience a delay we would like to hear from you, to see if we can help correct the issue or to help track your order (if a service with a tracking number was used).
Express Delivery
There is an upgrade available at the checkout for a faster service, this can be next working day depending on when the order is fulfilled. The next working day isn't guaranteed but it will be a faster service than standard delivery.
Personalised Items.
We don't accept returns or exchanges on any personalised/custom items. If a mistake is made by the customer such as a misspelling or incorrect information, this is not the responsibility of the store to correct. If a mistake has been made by us, then please contact us and our resolution will be to send a replacement in the first instance (proof will be needed before action is taken).
Non-Personalised Standard Items
This is all items that have a ready made design or text on them. We will accept returns on these item(s) as long as they are returned in the original resalable condition. It will be the responsibility of the customer to send the item(s) back and incur any charges to do so. You will need to contact us before sending any items back, so we can acknowledge your request.
Faulty Items
If your item(s) are faulty then please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. We will require proof of the fault before any action is taken. Faulty does not included item(s) that have been damaged while in the customers care. Normal wear and tear from usage is also not considered as being faulty.
***Please be aware that some items are made from naturally sourced materials, some of these materials will have naturally occurring imperfections. We will do our best to ensure top quality products, but there maybe some items that have these natural imperfections on them. We will only use products where these natural imperfections do not interfere with the look or function of the item.***
