Each piece of art work will be made to order and this process will take between 5 - 10 days, each piece will be hand painted. Once competed your hanging art work will be sent express delivery free of charge, which means it should be received within 1-2 days after dispatch.

Free second class delivery as standard on small items such as coasters, there is an express option available for faster delivery.
Full tracking on orders over £15.
Returns:
For personalised items, returns are not accepted unless there is a fault made by us or a defect that compromises the the integrity of the item, a replacement would be offered in the first instance.
For non-personalised items there is a 30 day return policy, with the item(s) being return in the original resaleable condition.

Your engraving is permanent, and unlike other methods of personalising will not fade or wear away under normal wear and tear conditions.
Made to Order
All of our products are made to order, we aim for same day dispatch but there maybe some occasions when we are unexpectedly busy so all orders will be dispatched within 24 Hours.
This doesn't apply to custom orders that have a longer processing time, such as painted pieces or hanging wall art.
