To order please select the location(s) you would like to have engraved, Select the font you would like and the colour ribbon to be tied around the spoon. In the personalisation box is for your text, please be mindful of the amount of text you would like.
The handle will only be able to fit one line of text on either front and/or back. The more text you have may cause the text to be squashed together, to make it fit. Shorter messages are better for the limited space on the spoons.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery:
Free second class delivery as standard on small items such as coasters, there is an express option available for faster delivery.
Full tracking on orders over £15.
Returns:
For personalised items, returns are not accepted unless there is a fault made by us or a defect that compromises the the integrity of the item, a replacement would be offered in the first instance.
For non-personalised items there is a 30 day return policy, with the item(s) being return in the original resaleable condition.
Please contact us to request a return and refund. Refunds are processed once the item(s) have been received and quality control has been carried out.

Our machinery is top of the range giving a precision finish on your engraving.
Your engraving is permanent, and unlike other methods of personalising will not fade or wear away under normal wear and tear conditions.
Made to Order
All of our products are made to order, we aim for same day dispatch but there maybe some occasions when we are unexpectedly busy so all orders will be dispatched within 24 Hours.
This doesn't apply to custom orders that have a longer processing time, such as painted pieces or hanging wall art.
